Stephanie Tuff is a Calgary-based process artist who paints with acrylic paint on up-cycled canvases. She creates intuitive, layered paintings that explore vulnerability, growth, and transformation by representing unseen processes that happen within the heart, when we allow ourselves to break open and (re)connect to our true, authentic selves. 

Her creative journey began while learning about the benefits of process art for young children. Playful painting sessions on the kitchen floor with her kids became the doorway to her own creative recovery as she reconnected to her artist within. She continues to paint from this place of childlike exploration and curiosity as she rediscovers what it means to live freely from her heart.
